What made you choose Black Heels Photography for your boudoir experience?
Feather and Ren are a dream team for sure!! Who else would I choose!? They are an amazing team, very down to earth and easy to talk and laugh with.
What Inspired you to book your session?
Multiple reasons..... I turned 30 a couple weeks after my shoot so it was kinda a celebratory thing for me. Also... FOR MY DAMN SELF🔥🔥🔥
Was there anything you were nervous about going into the session?
Yesss! I was sooo nervous the first session! I actually rescheduled 3 different times lucky for me Feather stuck with me. I was self conscious in all of the outfits. I'm a mom of 3 so it was hard to feel sexy after the kids. This time... Absolutely not. After the first session I did, it completely changed how I felt about the way I looked. This session was sooo much more relaxed and fun!
How was the planning process?
Planning process was a breeze. Feather lays everything out for you in detail about the session. You don't have to do much but shop and pamper your skin.
How did you feel during your session?
Like a badass!! I seriously LOVE shoot day!! Feather and Ren both make you feel so comfortable. They are easy to chat with which helps make you more comfortable with them. Seriously, they make you feel confident and beautiful. Not just with the hair and makeup but the atmosphere.
Was the session different than what you were expecting?
The behind the scenes comedy and jokes. It truly is so much fun. Only thing I wasn't expecting the 2nd time was the new setup. I loved the shoot space its so homey feeling.
What was your favorite part of the session?
How can I pick one favorite part? First, I literally felt my confidence growing as the shoot was in session and I was posing then the behind the scenes reactions of the back of the the camera raw images are just so uplifting its amazing.
Did you like your images?
I'M FUCKING OBSESSED!! I love everything about them and wish I could have chosen so many more images for my album. At my reveal it was hard to even think that was me I was seeing. We never get to see ourselves so personally from someone else’s view.
Did the experience help give you are more positive perception of yourself?
ABSOLUTELY!!! Without a doubt. I feel like a completely different person in my own skin. More comfortable, more appreciative of who I am and of my curves.
Do you have any advice for women/couples interested in booking a boudoir session?
Don't hold back! It’s seriously an amazing unforgettable experience. DO IT!! DO IT!!
Is there anything I can do to make the experience better for you in the future?
The whole experience is already more then what’s expected I don't know what else you could possibly need to add to it. You are amazing!!
